This
panel was made subsequent to a two hour workshop with infant school children.
The children were first given a short talk on glass, the methods of making glass, and how
it is used to make stained glass windows. They were then given a piece of tracing paper which had been randomly cut from a sheet the size of one
of their classroom windows and asked to make a picture using crepe paper and felt tip pens of something that represented their school.
At the end of the session the pieces of tracing paper were reassembled and stuck in position on their classroom window. I then made a small hanging panel incorporating as many of their pictures as I could and returned to the school with it after a couple of
weeks.
